In execution of a Deed of Trust in the name of Linda Bobbitt Finch dated May 23, 2005, in the original principal balance of $128,500.00, and recorded as Instrument #200502070 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, and re-recorded October 18, 2010 as Instrument #201001772, which Noteholder is Branch Banking & Trust Company, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Prince Edward County Circuit Court, North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on November 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., the following property:

All those two certain lots or parcels of land, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, lying and being situate in Prince Edward County, Virginia and further described as follows: Lot 5A containing 5.66 acres located in Prospect Magisterial District, as shown on a plat prepared by Maxey-Hines and Associates dated August 30, 1993 and Lot 5B containing 5.66 acres located in Buffalo Magisterial District, as shown on the aforesaid described plat recorded in Deed Book 281 at page 137 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County.

In addition, sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants as the same may lawfully affect the real estate. Property to be sold in “AS IS” condition without any warranties. Property shall be conveyed to the purchaser by special warranty deed.

Terms of Sale: Cash, Cashier's or Certified Check at sale made payable to Hill and Rainey Attorneys. Certified funds must be presented to Trustee for inspection at the start of sale in order to be qualified to bid. Bidding Increments: Not less than $100.00. A deposit of $10,000.00 will be required from the successful bidder at the time of sale with settlement within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale. Additional terms may be announced at the time of sale.
