In execution of a Deed of Trust from Roy Rogers Lee and Latonia D. Lee, Husband and Wife, dated June 11, 2001, pay-able to Donald P. Canady and Donna G. Canady, and was assigned to B.T. Friend Company, by that certain Instrument dated August 16, 2001, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 369, at Page 826; and default having occurred in the payment of interest and principal thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of the note secured thereby, the undersigned will offer the below described property for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., on the front steps of the Prince Edward County Courthouse Building, Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, the said property being described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements located thereon, lying and be-ing in Leigh Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, on the West side of State Route No. 628 and known and designated as Lot #2, containing 2.65 acres, as shown on that certain Plat entitled “Long Acres”, made by Maxey-Hines & Associates, P.C., dated April 26, 2000, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Plat Book 7, at Page 108. Reference is made to said Plat for a more accurate and complete description of said property.
