In execution of a deed of trust, from KATHY M. GALLIHUGH dated April 8, 2005, in the original principal amount of $57,193.00, recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the County of Buckingham, Virginia, in Deed Book 314, at page 881, (Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk's Office), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction that certain tract of real estate known as 168 Gold Hill Rd., New Canton, VA 23123, in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia on the 29th day of November, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., the following described real estate situated in the County of Buckingham, Virginia:

All that certain lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Marshall Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing two and two hundred ninety one thousandths (2.291) acres, more or less, said lands fronting on Virginia Secondary Route #706 and being more particularly described as Lot 4 by a plat of survey of “THE MOLLOHAN SUBDIVISION”, prepared by Robert L. Lum, CLS, dated December 13, 1994, revised January 18, 1995, and recorded in the Clerks Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County in Deed Book 203, page 92, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said lands.
