Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated August 24, 2007, in the original principal amount of $108,300.00, re-corded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 350, Page 215, and cor-rected and re-recorded in Deed Book 350, Page 465, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:
Lot 3, containing 0.918 ac +/-, fronting on U. S. Route #15, and shown on a plat of survey dated August 2, 1995 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 206, Page 751, and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.
The sale will take place on OCTOBER 28, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M., in front of the building housing the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Courthouse Square, W. James Anderson Highway, Buckingham, VA.
The property and the improvements thereon will be sold “AS IS” and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
