In execution of a Deed of Trust dated December 15, 1999, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, in Deed Book 340 at page 678, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, containing 3.18 acres, situate, lying and being in Hampden Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, and known and designated as Parcel 9 as shown on that certain plat made by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., dated April 5, 1973, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Plat Book 003, at page 138. Reference to said plat is hereby expressly given for a more accurate and complete description of said property, together with a 2000 Redman Mobile Home, VIN #13847177 situate thereon.

Sale shall take place on October 29, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. at the front steps of the Circuit Court building, Prince Edward County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
