ORDER OF PUBLICATION

THE OBJECT of this action is to partition, in one of the modes prescribed by law, and if such be not practicable, the sale or allotment of the whole and division of the proceeds, of two parcels of real estate in Marshall District, Buckingham County, Virginia, one containing 5 acres, (Tax Map Parcel 53-36) in the name of F. B. Jones, and one containing 50 acres, (Tax Map Parcel 68-4), in the name of Edward E. Jones, and for an account among cotenants for timber sales made by any cotenant, and for taxes paid by any cotenant on the shares of the others.

And the Complaint stating, and affidavit having been filed that the Defendants Barbara B. Yannon, Marie Elaine Hammond, Mary Ellen King, Fermon B. Jones, Jr., Rebecca Ann Jones, Eugene E. Jones, Brenda Faye Jones Porter, and Jay Llewellyn Jones are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the object of this action whose names and addresses are unknown, and making them parties Defendant by the general description “PARTIES UNKNOWN”, such unknown parties being the heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Frances Jones, deceased widow of Ira Eugene Jones, deceased, and any other heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Edward Jones, deceased, and of F. B. Jones, deceased.

It is ORDERED, that the said non-resident Defendants, Barbara B. Yannon, Marie Elaine Hammond, Mary Ellen King, Fermon B. Jones, Jr., Rebecca Ann Jones, Eugene E. Jones, Faye B. Jones Porter, and Jay Llewellyn Jones, and the persons made parties Defendant by the general description “PARTIES UNKNOWN” do appear on or before 11/30/10 and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.
