All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Curdsville Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 0.92 acre, more or less, and particularly described as Lot 8 on a plat of survey of Ralph F. Hines, C.L.S., dated December 30, 1985 and recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 141 at page 547.
