Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated February 12, 2003, in the original principal amount of $41,457.06 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County Buckingham, Virginia in Deed Book 286, Page 156, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will sell at public auction on September 29, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., on the steps in front of the Buckingham County Courthouse, Highway 60, Buckingham Courthouse Square, Buckingham, VA, the property designated as containing approximately 0.4 acre, being bound on the north by Southern margin of Route 60, on the east by the Western margin of Virginia Route #773, on the south by the lands of Shelton, and on the west by the lands of Ranson.
