In execution of a deed of trust, from JAMES LABOLLITA and DENNY LABOLLITA dated January 21, 2008, in the original principal amount of $93,655.88, recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the County of Buckingham, Virginia, in Deed Book 356, at page 388, (Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk's Office), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction that certain tract of real estate known as 3430 Andersonville Road, Dillwyn, VA 23936, in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia on the 27th day of September, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., the following described real estate situated in the County of Buckingham, Virginia:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon belonging, situated in Francisco Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing Three (3.000) acres, more or less, being bounded on the north by Virginia Secondary Route #640, on the east and south by the lands of Flood, and on the west by lands of St. Clair and lands of Wood; said lands being more particularly described by a plat of survey prepared by Robert L. Lum, C.L.S., dated September 25, 1992, which is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 181, page 174.
