Kevin B. Wright, has been promoted by VDOT to residency maintenance manager (RMM) in the Dillwyn Residency. The Dillwyn Residency includes the counties of Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland and Prince Edward in the north-eastern portion of the district. Wright, a 23-year employee of VDOT, most recently served as acting RMM in the Dillwyn Residency. Prior to that time, he was the assistant residency administrator in the Amherst Residency, overseeing maintenance activities in Amherst and Nelson counties.
