Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated February 5, 2008, in the original principal amount of $265,000.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court for Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 356 at page 145, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:

Lot X, containing 3.518 acres, more or less, and Lot Y, containing 2.192 acres, more or less, by a Plat of Survey prepared by Robert L. Lum, C.L.S, as the same is duly dedicated platted and recorded, in Deed Book 277 at page 60 among the land records for Buckingham County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”)

The sale will take place on September 30, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. at the main entrance, to the building housing the Circuit Court for Buckingham County, Virginia.

Terms: A deposit in the form of certified funds in the amount of $25,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale.
