GREEN BAY, May 20 – Thomas Michael Shaw, 60, of Green Bay passed away Sunday evening, May 18, 2008 in Farmville. He was born July 4, 1947 in Washington, DC, the son of Ruth Lucille Blackman and the late James Aloysious Shaw. He worked as a landscaper, tow truck owner and roofer. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Tammy “Squaw” Shaw.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille Blackman of Rice; sons, Thomas Michael Shaw Jr. of Spotsylvania, Michael Leo Langston of Ocala, FL and Shawn Curtis Langston of Pennsylvania; daughters, Brandy Lynn Langston of Cullen, Kristy Nicole Langston of Farmville, Megan Marie Langston of Green Bay and Amanda Lu Langston Shaw of Farmville; brothers, James A. Shaw III of Rice, Patrick Stephen Shaw of Villa Rica, GA and Timothy Joseph Shaw of Rice; sisters, Katherine Marie Shaw Swanson of Front Royal, and Maureen “Mo” Elizabeth Shaw Smith of Rice; his brother-in-laws, Peter Jeffrey Smith of Rice and Milton John Langston of Green Bay and his father-in-law, Milton Langston Jr. of Green Bay.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 22, at 2 p.m. at Pisgah Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

Family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. at the Puckett Funeral Home.
