DILLWYN, April 29 – Stephen Woodson Trent Jr., 86, of Dillwyn, passed away Friday, April 25, 2008. Born September 22, 1921 in Buckingham County, he was the son of the late Stephen W. Trent Sr. and Anna Trible Trent. He was a Veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Self Coleman Trent; step-sons, Harold A. Coleman and wife, Sharon of Roanoke, and William F. Coleman and wife, Beth of Fredericksburg; six step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Sunday, April 27, at Cedar Baptist Church Cemetery with interment in the church cemetery.
