BUCKINGHAM, Dec. 8 – Nancy C. Crews, 65, of Buckingham, died Friday, December 4, 2009 at Southside Community Hospital.

She was born September 6, 1944 in Buckingham County, the daughter of the late George Edward and Elizabeth Steger Crews. She is preceded in death by her sister, Margaret C. Branch.

Mrs. Crews is survived by four brothers, Robert Steger and wife, Frances and George R. Crews and wife, Louise all of Buckingham, Jerry W. Crews and Charles E. Crews both of Dillwyn.

Graveside funeral services were held Monday at Buckingham Community Cemetery.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, was in charge of services.
