NEW CANTON, August 5 – Martha Ann Ferguson Thomas, 66, of New Canton, died Friday, August 1, 2008. She was an employee of Thomasville Furniture Factory for 17 years.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Thomas; mother, Katherine Cook and step-father, Jim Cook of New Canton; two daughters, Cheryl Epps of Ash-land and Debbie Epps Rodriques and husband, Scott of Reidesville; sister, Phyllis Moyer of South Carolina; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two step-children.

Memorial services will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home.

Family will receive friends at the home, 2603 Cartersville Road, New Canton.

Martha left our presence to go to a new life with her sister, June and her family.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, is serving the family.
