CHESTERFIELD, Feb. 5 – Mamie F. Dunkum, 92, of Chesterfield, passed away on Sun-day, December 28, 2008 at Waverly Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Sarah Franklin Fulcher, and the widow of James A. Dunkum.

She is survived by a son, James E. Dunkum and wife, Dorothy of Chesterfield; a daughter, Sarah D. Roys and husband, Charles of Massachusetts; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Katherleen Dowdy of Farmville.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, at 10 a.m. at Ivey Memorial Church, Colonial Heights, with interment at Olive Branch Methodist Church at 3 p.m.
