KEYSVILLE, Nov. 24 – Linda Galbraith Smith, 95, of Keysville, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. She was the widow of Roy L. Galbraith and William Smith.

Surviving are nephews, Roy L. Wilmouth and Robert (Bud) R. Wilmouth (Brenda) of Keysville; nieces, Joyce W. Fulcher (Henry) of Farmville, Ann W. Seamster (Joe) of Phenix, and Claudie W. Wilmouth of Keysville; a number of great nieces, nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Gertie P. Wilmouth and Creola P. Wilmouth, nephew, Henry F. Wilmouth and niece, Audrey W. Jones.

She was a retired employee of Craddock-Terry Shoe Corporation of Farmville and an active member of Ash Camp Baptist Church. She touched the lives of family and friends, including staff and residents of Britthaven by her caring and gentle spirit.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, with interment in Ash Camp Memorial Cemetery.
