FLORIDA, July 1 – John Frederick Lynn, of Panama City, FL, died Tuesday, June 29, 2004.

He was born July 27, 1937 in Farmvllle, a son of Dorothy Oertel Lynn, Farmville, and the late Frederick Grote Lynn.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by the family of his son, Adam Lynn, Including his wife, Linda, daughters, Pandora Bowles, Amanda and Leandra and great-grandson, Duncan Bowles; the family of his daughter, Judi Halavanja, Including her husband, Stephen, sons, Bryan, Eric and Scott; one brother, William and two sisters, Ann Hodges and Mabelle Bloker.

A memorial service will be held at Gulf Beach Presbyterian Church in Panama City, where he served as an elder, on Friday at 1:30 p.m. In addition to the Florida service, a memorial service will be held at Farmville Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the home of Dorothy Lynn.

Memorial contributions may be made to Farmvllle Presbyterian Church for the remodeling project.
