PROSPECT, Oct. 27 – Jessie Lane Coleman, 56, of Prospect, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2009 in Lynchburg. He was born December 3, 1952 in Farmville, the son of Daisy Coleman and the late Thomas Coleman.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Coleman; two sons, Timmy and wife, Kelly and C.J. all of Prospect; grandson, Ryan Coleman; mother, Daisy Coleman of Farmville; sisters, Doris Thompson and husband, Clayton of Cumberland and Irene Coleman of Farmville; brothers, Tommy Coleman and wife, Frances and Clarence Coleman all of Farmville and Michael Coleman of Prospect and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, at 2 p.m. at the Coleman family cemetery in Farmville.

Family will receive friends Thursday evening 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Puckett Funeral Home.
