APRIL 1 – James C. Morrisette, 66, of Rice, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 in Farmville.

He is survived by his wife, Misun Morrisette; step-son, William Soderquist of Washington D.C.; brother-in-law, Hyochan Kim of Indiana; sister-in-law, Youngok Kim of Portsmoth; mother-in-law, Kibok Yoon of Newport News; sister, Betty Gordon and husband, Rob of Chesterfield; niece, Kathy Wray and husband, Harvey of Victoria; and nephew, Michael Garber and wife, Cory of Dumfries. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter C. Morrisette and Katherine Verser Morrisette, step-mother, Jean Morrisette, and nephew David Garber.

Funeral Services were conducted Saturday, March 29, in the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home with interment in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg.
