WINGINA, April 8 – Hubbard Ray Burnley, 66, of Wingina, died Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at his home.

He was born February 13, 1938 in Nelson County, a son of the late James Thomas Burnley and Elsie B. Burnley. He was preceded in death by a son, Danny Ray Burnley.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Gunter Burnley; four daughters, Wanda and husband, Kirby Stinson, Jr. of Wingina, Brenda and husband, John Childress of Gladstone, Rebecca Burnley of Wingina and Diane and husband, Richard McCormick of Gladstone; one son, Wayne Burnley of Wingina and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Maple Grove Pentecostal Church with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends this evening (Thursday) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, Dlllwyn.
