DILLWYN, May 1 – Gladys Hein Waycaster, 89, of Dillwyn, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008. She was born October 12, 1918 in O'Brien County, Iowa, the daughter of the late Hugo Hein and Velma W. Hein.

Mrs. Waycaster is survived by her husband, Jonas D. Waycaster; and step-daughter, Shirley W. Stow of Dillwyn.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 3, at 2 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
