ARVONIA, March 30 – George A. LaLonde, 56, of Arvonia, formerly of Clayton, NY, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 after a courageous battle with many illnesses.

A Mass will be held at the Church of the Nativity, Rt. 60 Buckingham, on Saturday, April 3, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

Mr. LaLonde retired 24 years N.A.D.E.P. and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a member of Moose Lodge #2104 and the Knights of Columbus. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend and will be missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lora; daughters, Michelle and husband, Tim and Kimberly and husband. Bob; sons, Jeremy and Michael; grandsons, Rayon, Jacob and Logan; his mother, Helen LaLonde; brother, Frank and sisters, Marleene, Marsha, Melba and Karen.
