Eulalia Greene, 75

LYNCHBURG, May 27 – Eulalia Glover Greene, 75, of Lynchburg, formally of Farmville, died on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Summit Health and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late Herbert Ray Greene. Eulalia was born in Appomattox County on March 30, 1933, a daughter of the late Judy Ferguson Glover Holland and the late Howard Wilson Glover.

Eulalia is survived by her sisters, Elnora Tolley Fitzgerald and husband, Marion of Madison Heights and Anne Trent and husband, Eddie of Lynchburg; her niece, Audrey Lee and husband, Dell of Lynchburg; her nephew, Roy Tolley and wife, Doris of Amherst; her great-nieces, Lindsey Pyzik and husband, Brad of Lynchburg and Stephanie Cash and husband, David of Madison Heights; her great-nephew, Brandon Lee of Lynchburg; her sister-in-law, Connie Haak of Florida; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Greene of Lynchburg and Paul Greene of Farmville.

Eulalia was a member of Lynchburg Church of God and was retired from General Electric.

A funeral service was conducted on Monday, May 26, at Tharp Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Wilkins officiating.

Burial followed at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Farmville.
