SEPTEMBER 21 – Ethel Grace Hawkins, 89, of Roanoke, died Saturday, September 18, 2004.

She is survived by a daughter, Myrna Hawkins Gibson of Keysville; two sons, Alan Wayne Hawkins of McDonald, TN and Dallas Owen Hawkins of Georgetown, KY; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakey's South Chapel with Pastor Pete Watts officiating. Burial will follow In Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 8 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
