BURKEVILLE, June 24 -Donna Rhea “Gaggy” Norton, 73, of Burkeville, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2008 in Farmville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Norton and a granddaughter, Krystal Nagy.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Nagy and Cheryl Owen and devoted son-in-law, Carlton; four cherished grandchildren, Kevin and Kris Nagy, Carla, Darby and Casey Owen; loving sisters, Phyllis Robertson and husband, Clyde, Dorothy Tatum and husband, Maynard, and Barbara Wilmoth and husband, Gus; and loving brother, W.D. Perdieu; a special aunt and best friend, Nellie Peddicord, and many other family members who loved her dearly.

Graveside services were held Sunday, June 22, at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice.

Gaggy was known for raising hundreds of children, but only giving birth to two.
