SEPTEMBER 29 – Debra Sue Kelley, PhD, 53, of Farmville died Friday, September 18, 2009 in her home along with her husband Mark Alan Niederbrock, 50, and daughter Emma Niederbrock, 16.

Debra was born in Richmond September 28, 1955 to Tom and Margaret Kelley of Richmond. She was an associate professor of Sociology and Criminology at Longwood University.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 3, at Farmville United Methodist Church.
