CHESTERFIELD, May 25 Charles K. Watts, 62, of Chesterfield. died Saturday, May 15, 2004. His wife of 34 years, Susan Sweeney Watts, died on May 2, 2004.

He is survived by his mother, Lester 0. Watts; sister, Mary Ann Smith; brothers, William M. Watts, Robert E. Watts, Kenneth L. Watts, David L. Watts and Thomas N. Watts.

He was a graduate of Randolph-Henry High School, Class of 60, member of Second Branch Baptist Church and “Branching Out”, a local Southern Gospel group.

Funeral services were held Monday, May 17, at Second Branch Baptist Church, Chesterfield, with interment in the church cemetery.
