The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:
All that parcel of land in Buffalo District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, on highway no. 671, being 3.05 acres, more or less, and designated as parcel no. 086-A-7A.
standing in the name of Claiborne Wilson, also known as Claborne Woodrow Wilson, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Claiborne Wilson, whose last known post office address is 5089 County Line Road, Cullen, VA 23934.
It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Farmville Herald and that the parties named herein appear on or before September 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
