Memorial Service Held July 6 For Elizabeth Branscombe

JULY 6 – Elizabeth Muriel Bryan Fleshman Branscombe went to be with her Lord Saturday, July 3, 2010. She was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on October 23, 1917. She moved to Williamsburg as an infant when Williamsburg still had dirt roads.

Mrs. Branscombe was the widow of Elwood F. Fleshman and her second husband, Robert Branscombe.

She is survived by a daughter, Carole F. Desmond of Pearland, Texas and husband, John; granddaughters, Bonnie Pollock of Friendswood, Texas and Holly Bennett and husband, Wade of Pearland, Texas and great-granddaughters, Lauren Pollock, Avery and Anna Bennett.

She is also survived by a son, David R. Fleshman and wife, Rose of Rice, and grandson, Joshua Fleshman of Williamsburg.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, July 6 at Lion of Judah Ministries in Blackstone. Burial will be in Williamsburg at a later time.
