Funeral Service For Alma Clark, 92 Held November 25

DECEMBER 2 – Alma Virginia Terry dark, 92, of Farmville, died Saturday, November 22, 2003.
She was born July 13, 1911 at Hampden-Sydney, a daughter of the late Arthur and Agnes Terry. She was the tenth of 11 children and was preceded in death by all her siblings as well as one son, Ronald.
Mrs. Terry retired from Longwood College's Slater Dining Services and was a member of Mercy Seat Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, James and Lorenzo; two daughters-in-law, Barbara and Theresa; three grandchildren, Anthony, Shelly and Megan;
three nieces, Florence, Thelma and Celestine; three nephews, Arthur, Carlton and John; five sisters-in-law, Betty, Naomi, Helen, Grace and Marion; one brother-in-law, Arthur; a dear friend, Ruth Taylor; a devoted care giver, Sylvia Holman and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mercy Seat Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
Bland-Reid Funeral Home, Farmville, was in charge of arrangements.
