Eugene S. Talley Jr. (“Jack”) of New Canton turned 90 years old on Oct. 17. He had a birthday celebration at Fork Union Village Restaurant with family and friends. Jack is a veteran of World War II and served 26 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. Jack is the oldest of 11 children of Eugene S. Talley Sr. and Annie Talley. Happy Birthday to a great guy!
