The Cumberland County Public School Foundation, Inc. recently presented several scholarships to current and former Cumberland High School graduates. Kiara Samuels, second from right, is a recipient of a $200 scholarship from the Cartersville Ruritan Club, a $300 scholarship from the Cumberland County Public Schools Foundation, a $300 scholarship from the Joshua I. Smith Memorial scholarship and a $500 scholarship from the David Goodman Memorial scholarship for a total of $1,300. Kiara plans to attend the University of Virginia.
