The Cumberland County Public School Foundation, Inc. recently presented several scholarships to current and former Cumberland High School graduates. Kayla Lawson, middle, received a Cumberland Clothes Closet scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Kayla plans to attend Lynchburg College. The representative for the Clothes Closet Scholarship was Arlene Vance, left. At right is High School Principal Jeff Scales.
