Denzel Lipscomb and Tanisha Miles, graduates of Liberty Christian Academy and Buckingham County High School respectively, are recipients of the Cosby Educational Trust 2015 scholarships given in the amount of $1,250 to graduating seniors who plan to pursue higher education.

Cosby Educational Trust is an endowment founded and funded by the children and grandchildren of the late Rev. Grant and Mrs. Ella Cosby. Rev. Cosby pastored churches in Cumberland and Buckingham counties.

Tanisha, daughter of Janice Braxton, will attend Norfolk State University, and Denzel, son of Michelle Lipscomb, will attend Liberty University this fall.
