Renita Harris Toney, 65, of Troy, originally Buckingham, passed on Oct. 13. Renita is survived by her partner of 26 years, Floyd Carlisle of Troy; two sons, Stephen Toney (Tamra) of Buckingham and Claude Toney (Stacey) of Charlottesville; brothers, Roger, John and Robert Harris all of Buckingham; grandchildren, Jakob, Sienna and Ariana Toney, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Sr. and Marjorie D. Harris and sister, Varalyn H. Carter.
