Samuel John Ayers, 68 of Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away July 29. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 13, at noon, at Chapel of Reid’s Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Morning Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, Dillwyn. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.
