Arthur Jennings “A. J.” Walker Jr. and his family were visited by several past masters from the Farmville Masonic Lodge to honor him as a 60 year member of the Masonic Fraternity. On March 17, Walker’s 91st birthday, he was presented the prestigious 60-Year Masonic Veterans Award from the Grand Lodge, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Walker has been a member of Farmville Lodge #41 since becoming a Mason on April 11, 1960. Pictured are, from left, Jay Fort, Mike Montgomery, Walker and John Jamieson.
