Cecelia May Fairchild, 92 of New Canton, passed peacefully on March 14. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17, at 4:30 p.m., in the Welcome Wesleyan Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment in Arlington National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
