Rev. Richard Dean Tuttle, 58, Pastor of Jones Chapel Baptist Church in Cumberland, passed peacefully at home on Feb. 6. Funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 11, at 11 a.m., in the Jones Chapel Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Dunkum Funeral Home is serving the family.
