  According to Buckingham County Public Schools (BCPS) Coordinator of Technology/ITRT Melissa Hanes BCPS due to icy road conditions schools will operate on a 2 hour delay.
  Cumberland County Schools and Prince Edward County Public Schools announced via Facebook  Tuesday, Feb. 8, will be on a two hour delay due to icy road conditions.
