Ruth Jones Mitchell, 66 of Lynchburg, formerly of Farmville, passed away Sept. 9. Funeral service will be Saturday, Sept. 18, at Sharon Baptist Church, Cumberland. Interment will be in the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery, Cumberland. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
