Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on April 30.
In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle mostly $1 to $7 lower. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales $1 to $5 lower. Slaughter cows mostly steady to $1 higher. Wheat no trend, new crop mostly 18 cents higher. Corn uneven, ranging 9 cents lower to 51 cents higher, new crop mostly 7 cents lower. Soybeans uneven, ranging mostly 31 cents lower to 10 cents higher, new crop mostly 19 cents lower.
