Ronald Leon Harper, 57 of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, formerly of Buckingham, passed away Dec. 31. Memorial service will be Saturday, Jan. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Reid’s Funeral Home. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.
