Lovell R. Panniel, Jr., 73 of Long Beach, California, formerly of Rice, passed away Jan. 11. Funeral service will take place Saturday, Jan. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Minor B. Eggleston Chapel in Farmville. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment is serving the family.
