Phillip Luther Mayo, 77 of New Canton, passed way Nov. 16. Funeral service and internment took place Saturday, Nov. 21 at noon at Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery in Cumberland. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn served the family.
