There will be no change in the residential, business garbage and recycling schedule on Monday, Dec. 23, and Dec. 30, Town of Farmville officials stated in a press release. On Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wed, Dec. 25 there will be no collection due to the holiday. On Thursday, Dec. 26, pick up Tuesdays residential route, miscellaneous and residential cardboard call-ins, business recycling; Friday, Dec. 27, pick up Wednesdays residential route, business garbage and cardboard; Tuesday, Dec. 31, Wed, Jan. 1 there will be no collection due to the holiday. On Thursday, Jan. 2, pick up Tuesdays residential route, miscellaneous and residential cardboard call-ins, business recycling, residential curbside recycling; Friday, Jan. 3, pick up Wednesdays residential route and business garbage and cardboard.

The release went on to say loose leaf collection will stop Dec. 23 and resume on Jan.2.
