The former Ed’s Family Dry Cleaners building located at 110 N. South St. in the Town of Farmville was torn down on Tuesday, Dec. 3. According to Interim Town Manager Dr. C. Scott Davis, Farmville Town Council approved the purchase of the building at its June meeting for $155,000 from 110 South Street LLC. Davis said that the lot may now become a parking lot for the town.
