Daisy Mae Williams Carter, 67 of Rice, Virginia, passed away September 30, 2019. Services will be held Monday, October 7 at noon at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Cumberland, with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
