Raymond Lester Hodges 83, passed away on July 30, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Janie Hodges.

He is survived by his wife Nancy, one daughter Gail Harris (Allan) of Pamplin, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He loved hunting, fishing and his beloved dog Gremlin. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 1 p.m. in Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 2, from 6-8 p.m. at Shorter Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Prince Edward Rescue Squad or Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.
